Probably not the best in service, this is the second time I have been here where the wait staff is actively socializing and doing their make up at the hostess counter and doesn't even seem to care. Regardless, the food is about as authentic Mexican as you're going to get in a place like Rifle, Colorado.
The Tacos are great, and I've had the enchiladas here too, all delicious. I highly suggest asking for a spicier salsa. What they give you is just the normal every day restaurant salsa, but they do have a spicier homemade version in the back if you know to ask for it.
Will definitely be back. -

We dined here on 9/6, when passing through Rifle on vacation. It's a cute place with good food, reasonable prices and good service. I was particularly impressed by Abram - the employee who tended to filling the water glasses and clearing tables. He was exceptionally hard-working and attentive; very self-motivated. I would love to have an employee like that!

Really?!?! Like seriously?! Who puts sauce on top of tacos, not to mention the price of them 15.95!! And not worth it. Seems like they just add sauce, rice and beans to overcharge for tacos, but that's not what upsets me the most, how could you add sauce on top to them?! Is not a good place to eat for the price whatsoever. Totally waste our time there. We end up not eating the tacos but got a sandwich at subway instead. Can't go wrong with that.
Also the chips weren't good, some stealth so no thanks. -

Such a diverse menu! I've been here so many times and never had anything I didn't like. Great service and huge portions make this place worth visiting. Not for nothing, I really like their chips! I've had only positive experiences here and I've visited many, many times. Good work, Tequilas!

We've dined in a couple times and had take out a couple times. Overall, meh. Not a lot of flavor. Being from an Italian family, when I eat authentic Italian cuisine, I can taste the flavors. I've eaten at other 'authentic' Mexican restaurants that were full of flavor. I've just never been impressed.
